Reiki is a Japanese method of hands on healing. Pronounced
Rei - meaning universal & Ki - meaning vital life force energy.
Also known as Chi or Prana in other translations.
Therefore the word Reiki means - Universal Life Force Energy.
Reiki is the healing energy of the universe,
and it is present and permeates every living thing.
Reiki is applied via the hands and is activated by touch. The practitioner simply places their hands on the corresponding Chakras, Meridians, Organs and Glands. Reiki energy is a healing energy that has intelligence. This energy directs itself to the areas of imbalance and most need, resulting in a deeply relaxing experience.

What can I expect during a treatment?
Your comfort and relaxation are a priority during your treatment, and every care is taken. There is no need to remove your clothing, the environment is peaceful and calm.
For your first appointment allow 1.5 hours, with subsequent appointments of one hour.
During your treatment I utilise the healing energy of Reiki in a variety of ways to restore the body, mind and emotions into a balanced and harmonious state. Reiki healing energy treatments can empower your own healing system for improved health and well-being results.
