My Personal Experience 
This has been a time of discovery, a journey on the path of improved wellness. I am making this change in order to reverse the symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes. I am committed to giving my cells the best possible environment to heal, increase energy and vitality, leading to optimum health.
I want to share what I have learned and experienced as I shift into the realms of a Raw Food Vegan lifestyle. So far the benefits and changes have been remarkable. This page is dedicated to you to experiment for yourself the art of creating your optimum healthy lifestyle if you choose. Here will be featured Recipe's, tips and ideas to help you gain the Raw Food Radiance.

Something To Nibble On:
Sweet Treat Balls
Serves: Approx 28 small Sweet Treat Balls Utensils Required: Food processor with s blade, measuring equipment, glass bowl, Clean Hands.
200g Macadamia Nuts 500g Ptted Dates (Nice to combine dried Apricots, or Pears if you want) 2 Tbsp Carob powder Few drops of peppermint essence Raw dessicated coconut
Process the nuts in a food processor to a crumble mixture. Add the fruit and process till mixture combines and sticks together. Add the essence and carob powder, making sure all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Scoop out enough mixture to form small balls and roll in the coconut. Keep covered in the fridge.

Everyday Basic: 
Brazil Nut Milk
Serves: Makes a jug full of milk to use on your chosen cereal, in smoothies and hot drinks etc. You will love this milk! It has an amazing flavour, and will keep for approx 4 days in the fridge. Utensils Required: High power blender, Nut milk bag or muslin cloth to strain, jug.
1 cup brazil nuts 4 cups filtered pure water 4 pitted dates 1 tspn pure vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in the blender and wizz untill creamy. Strain through a nut milk bag or muslin cloth. Massage the liquid out of the strainer into your jug.
NB: you will be left with the pulp of the nuts which has a flour like consistency. I am in the process of using this to make crackers will post the recipe as soon as I have it to my liking!!
You can also us Raw Almonds to make milk. They need to be soaked overnight due to their skins. I find the brazil nut milk fits well into my lifestyle as I can make it when I need it.
